Many real estate teams have a difficult time with their real estate agent onboarding processes if such a process even exists.  This issue is even more pronounced when newer agents are brought onto teams.  Many teams have discovered that without proper onboarding, new agents become dependent on leads provided to them by the team and never learn to generate business themselves. 

First, you will need to complete the real estate agent application. This application will ask for your personal information, as well as your real estate experience. Be sure to provide accurate information, as this will be used to determine your eligibility for the real estate agent onboarding process.

Next, you will need to complete the real estate agent training. This training will provide you with the necessary knowledge and skills to start your real estate career. The training is divided into two parts: the pre-license course and the post-license course. Be sure to complete both courses in order to become a licensed real estate agent.

After completing the real estate agent training, you will need to pass the real estate agent exam. This exam will test your knowledge and skills in real estate. Be sure to study for the exam and prepare yourself for the questions you will be asked.

Finally, you will need to complete the real estate agent onboarding process. This process will provide you with the resources and support you need to start your real estate career. The onboarding process includes an orientation, a mentorship program, and a real estate agent resource center. Be sure to take advantage of all the resources available to you during the onboarding process.
